A healthy Mediterranean treat.
Ingredients
- 1 (15oz.) can Garbanzo Beans (reserve 1/2 of liquid)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. QCOM Tuscan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Tahini
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients including reserved bean liquid in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve with pita bread.

Notes
Substitute Queen Creek Olive Mill Chili Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil or Mexican Lime Olive Oil for a delicious twist on a classic recipe.
