These waffles are quick, easy and healthy
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. QCOM Vanilla Bean Olive Oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup soda water
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients then whisk in all wet ingredients until combined.
- Preheat waffle iron, when hot spray with non-stick spray.
- Pour approx. 1/2 cup of mixture into iron and cook until crisp.
