<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 tsp. baking soda</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tbsp. sugar</li>
<li class="ingredient">Pinch of salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 tbsp. QCOM Vanilla Bean Olive Oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup milk</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 eggs</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup soda water</li>
<li class="ingredient">Dash of cinnamon</li>
</ul>

<li class="instruction">In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients then whisk in all wet ingredients until combined.</li>
<li class="instruction">Preheat waffle iron, when hot spray with non-stick spray.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour approx. 1/2 cup of mixture into iron and cook until crisp.</li>

<li class="instruction">Preheat skillet or griddle to med-high.</li>
<li class="instruction">Combine all wet ingredients in blender, pulse once.</li>
<li class="instruction">Then add rest of the ingredients in blender, purée until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour 1-2 oz. of batter onto griddle.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until top are full of bubbles and bottom is golden grown, flip and brown other side.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove and finish with favorite toppings.</li>
