Add the finishing touches to your cupcakes with this delicious, easy icing recipe.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup confectionery sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 oz. whole milk
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the same mixing bowl using stiff wire wisk and mix until smooth.
  2. Spread on cupcakes as desired.
