This is a quick, simple and healthy way to add a delicious side to any meal.
Ingredients
- 4 Large potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup QCOM Roasted Garlic Oil
- 1/4 cup potato water
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender, drain (reserve 1 cup potato boiling water) and place in large bowl.
- Add milk, potato water, and garlic olive oil.
- Whip potatoes using a hand mixer or food processor.
- Salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
