Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 3 tbsp. QCOM Vanilla Bean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
- Sauté carrots in QCOM Vanilla Bean Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Add cinnamon, chicken stock and brown sugar.
- Cook until liquids are absorbed and carrots are tender.
