Our White Balsamic Vinegar is made in Modena, Italy. The grape is cooked under pressure, so that the vinegar does not caramelize into the dark rich color of a traditional balsamic. The vinegar is then aged only one year in barrels that are not charred, allowing the clean white color of the Trebbiano grape to remain. 250 ml
