WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Our White Balsamic Vinegar is produced in Modena, Italy. Trebbiano grapes are cooked under pressure so that the vinegar does not caramelize into the dark color of a traditional balsamic. The vinegar is then aged only one year in barrels that are not charred, allowing the clean white color of the Trebbiano grape to remain.
