Shipping policy
Queen Creek Olive Mill ships within the United States and Canada using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Processing Time: Orders may take 2–4 business days to process. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Pickup Schedule: Carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday. Pickup schedules may be delayed during holidays.
Carrier Delays: Once your order leaves our facility, Queen Creek Olive Mill is not responsible for delays or handling procedures caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Flat Rate Shipping: Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $9.50.
Incorrect Addresses: If a shipment is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned or deemed undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day window to return unwanted or damaged products from the date of delivery.
Unwanted Products
We do not accept returns for unwanted or non-defective products unless approved within the 14-day return window.
For approved unwanted returns, the recipient is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@queencreekolivemill.com.
We may request photos for verification. If approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund for the item at no additional cost.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will either send the correct item or issue a refund at no additional cost to the customer. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping.
