Maple White Balsamic Vinegar

We combined the earthy, sweet taste of maple syrup with the delicate taste of our white balsamic vinegar to create this well-balanced tart-sweet vinegar. Whisk one part of this wonderful vinegar with three parts of EVOO with a bit of sea salt to create an amazing vinaigrette.
