I used this oil on the peppers and onions and on the chicken to make fajitas. They were amazing. I am now thinking of other delicious uses for it.

Your Mexican Lime Olive oil is just terrific! We use it in a salad dressing The recipe we use is 1/4 cup of QC lime olive oil, 1/4 cup Basil oil, 1/4 cup EV olive oil, 1/4 cup champagne vinegar. plus 2 t. Dijon mustard and 1/2 t. salt and a pinch of pepper. add some garlic if you wish plus thyme.
